1. Service

Statuspin is a free uptime monitoring service that checks the URLs you provide on a regular schedule and displays the results on a dashboard. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

You may use the service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to monitor services you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.

2. Free Tier

The free tier is available to everyone and includes:

• Up to 5 URLs monitored
• 15-minute check interval
• 7-day check history
• Response time tracking and uptime dashboard

No credit card is required. There is no time limit or trial period. The free tier will remain free.

3. Billing Terms (Paid Plans)

What you buy

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you purchase a recurring monthly subscription that gives you access to additional monitoring capacity, longer check history, and other features listed on the pricing page for that plan.

Price and billing period

Each plan is priced per month as stated on the pricing page. Billing occurs on the day you subscribe and every 30 days thereafter. You will be charged the then-current price for the plan you selected. Any price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. card declined, expired), we will retry the charge automatically up to three times over the following seven days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be suspended and you will lose access to paid features. You will retain access to the free tier. You can update your payment method at any time and the retry schedule will restart.

Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error where you were charged an incorrect amount. If you believe you were overcharged, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate. If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

Statuspin is a monitoring tool and does not guarantee that your site will stay online. The service is provided as-is, with no express or implied warranty, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the operator be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
